I am waiting for my mom to call me today. My step granpa is in the hospital and from the sound of it he isn't doing to well. He and my grandma have been together for about 20 years and about 7 years ago my grandma had a stroke. She doesn't get around very well anymore and he takes care of her. The other night he fell while getting ready for bed and since my grandma doesn't get around well and is a little how do ya say well she doesn't talk well and forgets things. So anyway she didn't know he had fallen until the next morning when she got up to use the bathroom. She found him on the floor so she called my parents and tried to tell them what happened. My parents got the idea that something was wrong so they went over to the house to find him laying on the floor.
They called an ambulance and when they got to the hospital found that he had been laying on the floor all night.He had suffered a stroke and possibly a heart attack. He has kidney failure and has a number of infections. The doctors say he isn't doing well at all. So now everyone is waiting to see what is going to happen. Waiting is the worst feeling especially when it comes to medical news.

Awww! That is so sad. I will pray for them. I know she needs him. Thank goodness she was able to dial the number to get help.
