What's Going On

I wasn't around to much yesterday due to the fact I threw my back out cleaning my son's room. I cleaned it a few days ago and it caught up to me yesterday morning. I had a hard time getting out of bed and oh lord to try to bend over to get the toilet lid up was like an all day event. I almost didn't get it up on time uh oh.

I had a difficult time walking and for that matter sitting all day it went on. It is still bothering me this morning but with far less discomfort. Thanks to my lovely neighbor who had some ibuprofen for me to take I am on here today visiting my friends and doing some posts. To be honest with you I am not sure for how long though. So if you don't hear from me today I will be by to visit you as soon as I can.
