A New Travel Blog

My dear friend Tina has decided she is not busy enough with 2 kids and 3 blogs so she started another blog.I guess she wanted to use up what little time she has left.I wish her all the best with her new travel blog.You can visit her at any one of these wonderful blogs.

The Letter Game

Tina from Mummy Diaries had this neat letter game on her blog and asked if anyone wanted to play.Of course I volunteered cause I like games. She assigned me the letter L now I have to tell you 10 things I love that begin with the letter L.

Here is what you/me have to do:

* If you want to play let me know and I will assign you a letter (Dore gave me the letter T)
* Post 10 things you love that begin with your assigned letter
* Do the same as I have done here with the rules, and assign the people who want to play a letter

1. Led Zeppelin They are my favorite band
2. Love makes me all happy inside
3. Laughter I love to make people laugh
4. Lust cause it feels oh so good to lust after my man lol
5. Lions they are the king of the big cats and we all know I love me some cats
6. Listening to my kids laugh
7. Lemon scent it just smells so clean
8. Lamborghini they are one cool looking car
9. Lamb they are just to cute and soft
10. Lakes I love to sit ear one and listen to the frogs croak and dragonflies flying

There you have it and let me tell you it was not easy to do the letter L was a hard one to think of.

The Game Update 2

I have it figured out I am going to start the game Thursday. I will be sending everyone an e-mail on Wednesday. The e-mail will have the clue and instructions on what to do with said clue. The e-mail will also include instructions on when to post it.

There is still time to add your blog so if anyone is interested in playing please send me your e-mail address before Tuesday.

I hope this is going to be fun for everyone playing I think the clues have turned out very well. Most of them were fairly easy to get and somewhat easy to figure out.Others may not be so easy so if you find that you are stuck somewhere just think outside the box.

The Game

I have been racking my brain trying to come up with a game we can all play together with some of you being in different time zones and all I think I have come up with something. The game is going to start here on Life In The Lapadula House and from there it is going to take you to different blogs on the blogroll listed here in no particular order this is an example of the blogroll

Now on to how this is going to work or how I am hoping it will work. Since some of you are in different time zones I needed to come up with a way for all the game (pieces or clues) to be out around the same time. So I have decided that there is no specific time to have the (pieces or clues) posted but they do need to be up on the same day.

For example let's say Mummy Diaries has a clue that leads to max A Dogs Story there is a time difference. I send Mummy her clue the night before and she has it up by the next day . She can post this clue as soon as she gets it or first thing the next day. Because she is ahead of Max time wise it will show up when Max is ready to do his post in the a.m.

The clues/pieces can be anything from a picture, to a music video telling you where to go next for example:
Life In The Lapadula House has a music video from The Bangles called Manic Monday

This takes me to Music Mondays this is going to be how it is going to be going from blog to blog until you get to the one that has the final clue. The final stop will be a puzzle of some sort like a picture that is all mixed up or a riddle that needs to be solved. Now this game is just for fun and to bring you to new places in the blogging world.There are no prizes just good old fashioned fun and games.

Pieces/clues can be in the bloggers post or hidden somewhere in their blog itself example:
In a sidebar or footer.

This way it keeps it interesting and makes it more fun trying to find that clue. Some of the clues relate to the name of someones blog or something about the bloggers profile so you will have to read someones profile to see if they are where you are supposed to be.

I'm Bored Wanna Play A Game ? And Music Mondays Winner

Really I am bored and I wanna play with all of you

I am working on putting together a game that we can all play together.

I am asking if any of you would like to play along?

I am not sure how it will work yet but it will help me to know how many people want to play.

I can say it will involve some blog hopping, pictures, clues and there is a chance it could be fun.....

My New Friend

I've made a new friend her name is Octamom and her youngest child has invented a new game. If your up for a laugh you should go over and check it out you won't be disappointed. While your there check out some of her old post she has some funny stories.

Music Mondays My New Blog

Hey I wanted to let you all know that I have made a new blog called Music Mondays. It's a weekly blog that as you can tell by the name will be on Mondays.

I have always been into music mostly classic rock but also other genres as well so I decided to make a blog about it.

The idea of this blog is I write some lyrics to a song and you have to guess the name of the artist and the title of the song. Now as you may be aware of some songs have more than one artist so the song lyrics I write will be by the artist of my choosing. I have explained how it all works on the site Music Mondays if you would like to go check it out. You will see how it works in the nav bar.
