This is what you see when you look through my eyes and out onto a most beautiful sunset. These pictures were taken in September 08 from our deck.

This is what you see when you look through my eyes at my beautiful yet totally goofy niece she is definitely one of a kind. She makes me laugh every time I talk to her. We have a very special bond.


My kids absolutely adore her she can and will brighten any one's day.

I LOVE HER MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY!!!!!!!!

Here is what you see when you look through my eyes up into the North Carolina sky.I took these pictures in the fall or it could maybe be the end of summer.Who knows I'm running on fumes right now.

So I am going to share with you what you see when you look through my eyes into my living room

As you can see I collect Santa statues

I have many of them each year I get a new one

I display them on each available surface of my home

I try not to discriminate but I do have to like the face of them it has to speak to me

Some of them are supposed to be tree toppers but I have an angel I give that honor to

Some of them my mom has given to me

They each hold a special place in my heart

Hubby bought this one for me one year for Christmas I love the blue and silver combination

The fat rollie pollie one is a favorite one of mine the face on it is just precious.

The one in the middle is just lovely to see it in pictures does it no justice.

So there you have it a look into my living room as seen through my eyes.

That's My World Tuesday

Welcome to another week of this is my world if you would like to join in click on the banner.

This week for my world I am showing pictures of the changing leaves in my neighborhood. I just love fall it is a beautiful time of year. I was starting to get a bit concerned that the leaves were not changing here in NC. I am used to them changing in mid to late September in NJ.
But as you can see we are in full changing mode here it just took a little

longer and my patience was wearing thin.
Oh but it was worth the wait all of the glorious colors are exploding all over the place.

This week I thought I would share with you the unfurry critters that live around my house.This first guy is a critter hubby found when he was doing some yard work. He is some sort of lizard isn't he cute? Sorry the pictures aren't that clear and unfortunately they don't get better enlarged.









This second guy my son found hanging on the house he's a sticky little guy.

This our guinea pig Alphfa she needed a bath so I had the pleasure of doing this for her. She made such cute little noises and was rather calm about it.After her bath she got a nail clipping and was all beautiful again.
